For your convenience we accept Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Cash and Post-Dated cheques, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings. As a courtesy, our office will submit claims on behalf of patients with dental insurance. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

In order to maintain an efficient office, we appreciate as much notice as possible for appointment cancellations. Your appointment time is reserved solely for you; therefore, a minimum of 48 hours advance notice is requested for any cancellation. A charge may be applied to your account for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and for failed ("no show") appointments.
